- Does Knownroute guarantee I'll get interviews or a job?
- No. Knownroute is an assistive tool. We do not guarantee interviews, referrals, offers, or employment. We help you do focused, honest work; the outcomes depend on you, the market, and people we don't control.
- Will it send messages or apply to jobs for me?
- Never automatically. Knownroute drafts materials and warm intros, but nothing is sent or submitted on your behalf. You review, edit, and explicitly approve every message, then send it yourself.
- Does the AI make things up?
- The system is built to avoid fabrication: suggestions are tied to facts from your own history, with a source and a confidence level, and AI output is labelled for review. Still, AI can err — you should check every fact, date, and claim before using any material.
- Where do the contacts come from?
- You can import an address-book file, connect Google or Microsoft, or use the optional desktop browser helper for a LinkedIn profile or selected connections currently on your screen. Review each capture before saving. LinkedIn restricts profile-extraction tools; see the import setup guidance. Consent and do-not-contact settings are always respected.
- Where do job openings come from?
- From official and permitted sources such as a company's own careers page, permitted APIs, links you provide, or emails you forward. We don't scrape sites that forbid it.
- Can I export or delete my data?
- Yes. You can export everything and delete your account at any time. Deleted data is purged after a short grace period, apart from anything we're legally required to keep.
- How much does it cost?
- There's a free plan. Paid plans add capacity. Prices shown are illustrative until billing goes live, and you're never charged without explicitly choosing a paid plan.
- Is my data used to train AI models?
- We do not sell your data, and we don't use your private content to train third-party models beyond what's needed to generate your own drafts. Details are in the Privacy Policy and AI Usage Notice.
