Accessibility Statement

Effective: 2026-09-11Version: 2026-09-05:formation

We want Knownroute to be usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the assistive technology they use.

1. Our commitment

We treat accessibility as part of product quality, not an add-on. We consider it when we design and build new features.

2. Target standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a working benchmark.

3. What we do

  • Semantic HTML and ARIA roles where appropriate.
  • Sufficient colour contrast and respect for system preferences.
  • Full keyboard navigation and visible focus.
  • Alternative text and labels on controls.
  • Consistent heading structure and descriptive link text.

4. Ongoing work

Accessibility is ongoing. Some areas may not yet fully meet the standard; we review and improve them iteratively.

5. Compatibility

We aim for the service to work with modern browsers and with common screen readers and other assistive technologies. If you use a specific setup and hit problems, tell us.

6. Feedback and help

If you hit an accessibility barrier, email support@knownroute.com. Describe the problem and, if you can, the page and technology you use; we will prioritise it and look for an alternative way to give you access while we fix it.

You accept these terms when you create an account. We'll ask again if they materially change. · legal@knownroute.com
