Acceptable Use Policy

The service exists to help you present your candidacy honestly and reach opportunities through your real network. These rules protect that network, other users, and third parties.

2. Respectful use of your network

Only reach out to people in your own network with whom you have a real relationship and a lawful basis. Honour consent and the “do not contact” flag. No spam, bulk sending, or harassment.

3. Honesty

Do not misrepresent your identity, experience, education, or credentials. Do not use the service to deceive employers or your contacts.

4. Responsible vacancy discovery

Roles are discovered only from official or permitted sources. Do not scrape sites that forbid it or circumvent their terms or technical measures.

5. No spam or abusive outreach

• Do not send bulk messages or large-scale unsolicited communications.
• Do not upload purchased lists or contacts obtained without a lawful basis.
• Do not ignore requests to stop contact.

6. Security and integrity

• Do not breach security or tenant isolation.
• Do not circumvent usage limits, quotas, or billing.
• Do not upload malware or attempt to access other users' data.
• Do not subject the service to abusive automated load.

7. Content standards

• Nothing unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or harassing.
• No third-party personal data without a lawful basis.
• No content that impersonates another person or organisation.

8. Fair use of AI and compute

AI and discovery features are subject to fair-use limits. Do not automate or resell the service or attempt to extract the models or their outputs at scale.

9. Consequences

We may rate-limit, suspend, or close accounts that break these rules, and remove infringing content. Where reasonable we will give notice; for serious abuse or a security risk, action may be immediate.
